Welcome to Planner+! By using our app and services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Planner+.

You retain ownership of your journal entries and personal content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the App's functionality.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Planner+ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planner+ HK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
